Directions:

Check-in

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first visit at Bella Brazil. Allow yourself ample time to change and place your personal effects in the place provided. We ask that you fill out a client form during this time to ensure any special concerns are addressed such as allergies or special needs you may have. We may therefore meet these needs to the best of our ability. You can then relax and your service will commence as scheduled.

Appointment Scheduling

Please call or email us to schedule an appointment. When you book your appointment you will be asked for your contact information and a credit card to hold your scheduled time. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us within 24 hours if you need to make a change to your appointment. We have reserved this time exclusively for your treatment, and need time to fill your spot with another appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your visit to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked. This allows us to consult our waiting list and make full use of open appointment times. This policy has also been put into place so that cancellation fees to the client may not be necessary. We are happy to re-schedule your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please make sure and contact us should you need to re-schedule.

Special Considerations

SPA Etiquette: To ensure that you and those around you can relax and enjoy the full benefits of Bella Brazil, we kindly ask that you keep these tips in mind:

Arrive early: With the exception of the first visit, in which we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, we ask that from your second visit, you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you ample time to change and therefore your appointment can begin on schedule.

Gift Certificates

Certificates are available. They must be used within one year of the date of issue, are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable. We can mail gift certificates to the recipient at no extra charge within five business days. Please call our Spa to make arrangements.

Please reserve your appointment in advance, especially during peek seasons, Saturday and evening appointments as our gift certificates are non-refundable and expiry date of one year.

Payment

We gladly accept Cash, Debit card, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice. All session, treatment or service times include consultation and/or assessment procedures.
